PICKLEBALL

Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong using a paddle (similar to ping-pong paddle) and plastic ball with holes (like a whiffle ball). It is a fun and social game that is appropriate for players of all ages and skill levels. Rules for pickleball are simple, making it a great introductory sport.

The Binghamton University Lane – Starke Tennis Center is the only indoor facility in the area that offers pickleball on a tennis court surface. We have half-year and a full-year membership options to choose from. Keep the pickleball season going year round!

We are looking to host two summer pickleball leagues starting in May. One will be Thursday evenings and the other will be Sunday mornings. More information to come. If you're interested please email cellerson@binghamton.edu
